I went in for a drop cord and they were very friendly. The young man who helped me offered some suggestions to go along with my purchase but wasn’t pushy and was happy to help even though I declined the reel to wind the cord up he had recommended. Very nice store and employees.

Absolutely amazing staff! I went In there with a complicated request that nobody was willing to help me with at Lowes.... staff was soooo patient with me and my toddler while helping me get everything I needed even though it took time! Prices are really good also! Thank you guys so much. You have my future business and recommendations for sure.

I needed to get replacements keys made in Raleigh and went to Handy Man Hardware. I used to go to Lowe's or HD but their keys never worked those machines are horrible. Lindsey helped me immediately and was kind and gracious. I had a rough day and their employees brighten it. I highly suggest going there!

I am from out of state taking a summer class through NCCU. There was a project due for class, so I took the instructions into the store so I would know what to buy. Two of the employees were extremely helpful. By the time I left, my project was almost completely finished. This store has a small town feel about it. If any local has a diy home repair, I would suggest stopping here first to buy supplies.

Excellent customer service and the man who works here was so nice! I forgot to ask his name. He was so nice that I am coming back very soon to purchase some more items. They have organic produce seeds and lots of very affordable tools. Why shop at the big box stores and pay corporations who don’t care about your business when you can shop at a place like this that values your dollar?

What a great crowd! these guys cut and copied my keys for much cheaper than Ace Hardware, and it was a homely vibe. i would highly recommend this spot for local support.
